Maureen O'Neill and Barb White have collaborated to offer a workshop which, through relaxation and meditative practices can lead to the unblocking of the blocked, inspire new imaginings, and facilitate new and unexpected art-making. All skill levels welcome.

About the event
Give your spirit the gift of time for creative exploration! Through guided exercises with themes of process and play, meditation and mark-making, and personal journaling, participants will be encouraged to uncover new insights and inspiration. The two-hour workshop will include reflective writing and drawing exercises, guided meditation, collage and more! Join us and explore your creative self, reimagine your work, recharge your art-making spirits and find new edge for your creative practice.
No art-making experience necessary. Materials are included, including a journal book and pen.
Instructors Barbara White and Maureen O’Neill will co-facilitate this workshop.
Maureen O’Neill grew up in Holyoke, Massachusetts and received her B.F.A. in Painting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and her M.F.A. in Painting from the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, RI.
